Admissions
Who we serve and how to move in
Apply online, talk with a house manager, sign your agreement and move in. Here is what we look for and what to expect.
Who we serve
Men 18 and older who are seeking recovery, are detoxed and free of alcohol and drugs on move-in day, are willing to be drug tested, and can meet the weekly rent.
When another place fits better
We decline only when a man’s needs are more than a peer recovery home can safely support, like medical detox or 24-hour clinical care. We’ll tell you honestly and help you find a place that fits.
Medications and MAT
We discuss every prescribed medication at your intake interview and verify it with your prescriber. Medication-assisted treatment (Suboxone, methadone, naltrexone) is allowed when it’s prescribed, monitored by your provider and taken exactly as directed. Medications are stored securely.

Talk
A house manager calls you to talk through fit, beds and timing.

If you’re accepted, you sign your Resident Intake & Participation Agreement online. It sets up your weekly rent.
Move in
Intake interview and drug screen, medications verified, $75 move-in fee, then your bed, chores and mentor.

What you’re signing
Overcomers is a discipleship-based program for men, not a landlord-tenant rental. Your agreement covers drug testing, reasonable searches, the zero-tolerance sobriety line, house rules and permission for us to talk with your probation officer, sponsor or healthcare provider.
