Yukon questions

Where are your homes?

Two homes in Yukon, near Ranchwood and Vandament and near SW 15th Street and Czech Hall Road, and one in northwest Oklahoma City near Hefner Road and MacArthur Boulevard. To protect residents’ privacy, we share exact addresses once you’re accepted.

How much does it cost?

Rent is $135 a week, due before the Sunday house meeting, plus a one-time $75 move-in fee. To move in, you pay $210: the $75 move-in fee plus your first week’s rent. Payments are non-refundable. See the cost page for late and cleaning fees.

Is there a curfew?

Yes. Curfew is 10 PM unless your house manager approves otherwise, and quiet hours run from 10 PM to 6 AM.

How fast can I move in?

It depends on open beds. Apply and a house manager will call you. Once you’re accepted and a bed is open, you sign your agreement online and schedule your move-in day. When homes are full, you can join the waitlist.
